Returns & Exchanges
Please read / contact the customer service of the merchant store for return instructions. Please do not send the item that you purchased to Avenue86.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Your total shipping charge will be displayed as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. Any surcharges and tax will appear as separate line items.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a order email from us which will have your order ID on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your Avenue86.com member account.
You may track all orders by following these steps:
1. Click “Order Status” at the top of any page.
2. Enter your Avenue86 Login name and the password you entered when you created your Avenue86 account.
3. Click “Orders History” at the top. You'll see a complete history of your Avenue86 purchases. Click any order tracking number to view the details of that order.
Registered Avenue86 customers have the ability to review the status of all current orders. In addition, we retain the details of registered customers' past orders in “Orders History” that is, the history of those orders, for their personal reference.

Stock Availability / Sold Out / Restock
Out of stock item will display a label of "SOLD OUT".
You can subscribe to "Notify Me When Back In Stock" by clicking the button show in Product Detail page, if you want us to restock the item. Usually we will restock those items with high demands by referring to the amount of "Back In Stock" subscriber.
After restock, subscribers will get notify by email from us.

You will enter to a page “Sign in to your account”, from there, you will find “Register” button on the right hand side of the table. Click on the “Register” button and fill in your details as requested before clicking 'Submit'.
Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you registered with.
Please click on “Login”, which is located on the top of the page of our website. After you sign in, you will find “Profile” at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “Profile”, it will bring you to account information, click on ‘Edit’ at the bottom of the profile avatar for showing more information, then change your details as needed, and finally, click the ‘Submit’ button to ensure your details have been saved.
